1. Call us on 01708 344001 to discuss your tour arrangements. We will check availability and if your chosen resort is available, we will reserve your required accommodation for a set period.
2. Within the time specified, send us an initial deposit of £250 (Uk Tournaments) or £250 for an European & USA tour along with your booking form. This will confirm your accommodation arrangements until we receive the remaining deposits of £ 25 per person for UK bookings and £40 per person for European & USA bookings within the time indicated.
3. Once we have received your full deposits, you will receive our free folder containing your confirmation invoice, final numbers form and information pack. The final payment is due eight weeks prior to departure.
