Sorrento House Hotel was built about 150 years ago as a private dwelling house and only began trading as a "rooming house" in the early 20th century.

The Sorrento has a large, comfortable lounge where guests can relax, read or watch TV.

The Sorrento has 11 bedrooms of various sizes, 4 family, 2 double 2 twins 1 premier, 2 standard doubles with private facilities, all newly double glazed, most with en-suite facilities and TV’s.

Cots are provided for the young ones on request, at no charge.

The Sorrento House have been awarded the 'Quality' accreditation award not the mention for their guests security and comfort a new L2 fire detection system has just been installed. The Sorrento House is completely no smoking.

After a full day at the tournament, why not have a drink in the bar, sit back with and relax in the newly refurbished lounge roomm and enjoy your favourite tipple or cocktail.

For those who just want to relax then sit back and enjoy our large screen plasma TV and sing along to your favourite tunes on the Karaoke.

Eat...

Residents at the Sorrento House Hotel can enjoy excellent home cooking.You can chose from the breakfast menu, A full English Breakfast is served with a choice of branded named cereals, fruit juice, and a full cooked breakfast. Tea or Coffee is also served , with toast as required.

Alternatively a lighter selection is available from the breakfast menu. Vegetarians can also be catered for. Evening meals are optional with a choice of menus to suit all tastes. A separate children's menu is available.
