About the resort
We have been organising our football tournament at Blackpool for eleven years and it is without doubt the best event held in Blackpool.
Blackpool is the largest and most popular seaside resort in the UK. With a seven mile stretch of sandy beach and the most incredible white knuckle rides - it’s a must for any team. Ride the famous trams, spend an afternoon at The Pleasurebeach, Blackpool Tower & Sandcastle (Blackpool’s tropical indoor seaside) when you are not playing football.

Hotels (bed & breakfast or half Board) £65 per person: At Blackpool we work with family run hotels, which are all situated nearby the main attractions. You can choose to stay for two or three nights based on a bed & breakfast basis or take the evening meal option, which takes the worry out of finding somewhere good to eat. Each hotel has available Twins, Double & Triple rooms. All rooms come complete with tea/coffee making facilities and colour TV. Please note: Your team will be accommodated together in the same hotel. Two Night (Price Per Person): Bed & Breakfast £89 / £65 (children under 12 years) Half Board £95 / £75 (children under 12 years)
Three Night (Price Per Person): Bed & Breakfast £109 / £75 (children under 12 years) Half Board £115 / £85 (children under 12 years) Transport to tournament Venue All football teams will need to make their own way to the tournament venue and presentation evening.
Booking Procedure: Please view a small selection of the hotels shown below. Each group’s accommodation requirements will differ slightly. When booking, please confirm the number of persons in your group and the type of rooms you requirements. We will then allocate a suitable hotel and confirm the name of the establishment. If the hotel is not suitable, we will allocate you an alternative hotel.
Our tournament is played at the YMCA & Ansdell Arena, Lytham St Annes. In total, we have available twelve football pitches with changing rooms, toilets and a brand new café bar area. In addition we have marquees in place along with hot food and drink outlets. Our event has always attracted football teams from Scotland, Wales, Ireland and England. We expect up to nine teams per age group with each team playing each other once during the two day event thus providing your team with eight matches plus a final.
Please note: Under 7 and Under 8 will play exhibition matches only.
