The Konigsallee is reputedly one of the world’s most beautiful boulevards and the lovely Hofgsarten is well worth a visit. The 13th century St. Lambertus Church, with its twisted spire is the most famous landmark and the Alstadt with its Gothic Rathaus has been called the ‘longest bar in the world’ because it is home to over 200 bars! For the younger generation the Warner Brothers Movie World Theme Park is located only a few miles north of Dusseldorf and offers a host of thrilling shows, attractions and rides.
COLOGNE, Germany’s fourth largest city is dominated by its mighty cathedral. It is a magnificent vibrant city and is an ideal location to explore the spectacular Rhine Valley & its beautiful villages. It has become a very popular destination for football groups due to the World Cup finals and you will find plenty of attractions including stadium tours to captivate you in this wonderful city. You could visit the magnificent Cathedral, or numerous other museums and art galleries. For the best views climb the telecommunications tower, glide over the river Rhine in a cable car or experience a boat trip on this famous river. There is also an abundance of nightlife activity on offer in this busy city, which would suit adult teams.

All clubs have their own private grounds with excellent facilities usually with clubhouse, bar and well maintained pitches. Your team will not be playing park football on a European tour with Sports Tours!

SUNPARKS: There is also an opportunity to stay at Sunparks Eifel, which is located south east of Cologne. It is a wonderful family park and there are an abundance of attractions both on the site and nearby. All the family will enjoy the superb indoor swimming pool with its separate children’s pool, sauna and solarium. Outdoors you have the opportunity to partake in facilities such as crazy golf, table tennis, basketball, volleyball and the various children’s playgrounds.
4, 6 & 8 berth bungalows (self catering) Accommodation is provided in brick built bungalows and they sleep between 4-8 persons. All the bungalows are centrally heated with a living/dining room with TV and fire place, open plan kitchen which is fully equipped and a well furnished bathroom and separate toilet. Each bungalow also has its own patio with garden furniture and parasol.
