The Daurada Trophy is a traditional, prestigious tournament held in one of the most important centres of Spain’s beautiful Costa Daurada, offering top-level football matches under the Spanish Sun.

This tournament has been running now for 10 years (SEVEN internationally) and will be played on either top quality natural grass or third generation artificial pitches in the area, with the final championship matches being held at the Stadium in Tarragona..

The Daurada Trophy is an excellent Easter tournament which attracts teams from all over Europe. The event runs over four days, with opening and closing ceremonies as teams parade around the main stadium representing their country. Matches are played at clubs in the Tarragona area, there are generally 8-12 teams per age group, which is broken down in to smaller groups and teams can expect to play up to five matches. This tournament is run in one year age groups, which is a benefit to UK teams and makes it a very popular tournament so if you are interested book early!

At Easter we recommend the International Daurada trophy, it is a tournament not to be missed! Alternatively, we can arrange friendly matches with teams in the Barcelona area, which will provide your teams with more time to see Barcelona and to visit The Nou Camp and of course sun bathe and enjoy your resort.

Some matches may take place on new 3rd generation astro turf pitches so please take along the correct footwear. The duration of the events may be subject to change. The first day of the tournament represents check-in and Managers Welcome Meeting.
