About Isle of Wight
The Isle of Wight Junior Football Tournament is officially the UK's longest running Soccer festival and attracts football teams from all over the UK. Now in its 34th year, the Festival is considered by many to be the best Junior Football Festival of its type in the UK. Many of the teams who compete in this tournament return every year, which is a testimony to the events popularity. This prestigious event has a great history and has included some well-known names such as Alan Shearer, Ryan Giggs and Paul Gascoigne who have previously participated.

Rookley Park Holiday Centre: Is the Isle of Wight’s only 5 Star Premier holiday park providing an unrivalled selection of mobile homes along with activities and entertainment for all the family. The resort has indoor and outdoor heated swimming pools, restaurants, bars and cabaret room. If you have any energy left our new Midnight Bar nightclub offers entertainment late into the night, with family fun and games until 10.30pm, then strictly over 21's until 3am. There's great music with our resident DJ, a fantastic atmosphere and regular speciality music nights throughout the weekend.

The football tournament is played on the excellent pitches at Seaclose and Medina Sports grounds in Newport, which are interconnecting. Each age group is anticipated to attract up to 9 teams, and with matches played over the two day period, your team can expect to play 7 or 8 games, culminating in a FINAL between the top four placed teams in each age group.
First Aid: For your complete peace of mind, we provide a fully staffed First Aid Unit, qualified Paramedics and an Ambulance.
Important: The events mentioned on our website and inside our brochure are organised and staffed by Sports Tours Ltd. We do not enter your teams into festivals organised by local football clubs. Whilst your team is on tour, our staff members will be available to assist you throughout the weekend.
Friendly Match ArrangementsWe can arrange for your team to stay on The Isle of Wight and play friendly matches during most times of the year. Island teams are very accommodating and are always keen to play teams from the mainland.
AccommodationRookley Holiday Park
The well-equipped caravans provide a choice of quality accommodation set in a spacious and picturesque setting. All caravans are provided with fully equipped kitchen, colour TV, shower, wc and hand basin, sheets, duvets and pillows.

Rookley Country Park luxury two & three bedroom holiday bungalows are built to the highest standards. The spacious holiday bungalows all have gas-fired central heating, luxury bathroom, separate superbly equipped kitchen and a large lounge / dining room with selected satellite channels. The single storey holiday bungalows comfortably sleep four in one twin and one double bedroom. Three bedroom bungalows are built on two floors, the first floor being a separate suite with a spacious and comfortable living area. Some bungalows are equipped with a pull-out bed in the lounge to sleep an additional two guests. Selected bungalows also have a fun hot tub! All bungalows are built to NHBC standards with the highest quality furniture and fittings throughout. Linen is included and beds are made ready for your arrival.

These ‘top of the range’ mobile homes are extra spacious and include lounge area with TV, separate dining area, pen plan kitchenette with full size cooker, cutlery, fridge, microwave, utensils, one private bathroom, bedroom heating and free bed-linen.
SILVER: Mobile Homes ((4, 6 & 8 berth)

Please note: Prices are per person based on full occupancy on a self catering basis. Please read pages 8-10 & 59 for important information regarding UK tournaments. Empty bed supplements charged at £18 per empty bed per night.
The ferry crossing is free of charge on the basis that a minimum of four persons travel in the car and your vehicle must not be longer than 5.5 metres. Groups travelling by coach will receive a free crossing with their vehicle. Note a supplementary charge of £25 per vacant seat will be made for any ferry booking with less than 4 persons per vehicle. There is a supplement of £149 for mini buses.
