THE SOLWAY COAST is just a stones throw from the Lake District with open space, fresh air and spectacular views of some of England & Scotland’s most scenic and breathtaking scenery. Our football tournaments are available for football teams aged under 7 through to under 11's - mini football only. The football pitches are situated directly next to the holiday centre so there is no driving once you have arrived!
Solway Holiday Village is a 120-acre family holiday park that has something for everyone to enjoy. A truly idyllic location, it boasts breathtaking views out over the Solway Firth to Scotland and will provide an ideal football tournament for both Scottish & English teams.

Now in it's 7th year, our mini soccer tournaments attract teams from England, Scotland and Wales. Each age group usually has nine teams with each team playing each other once during the two day event with the top two teams in each age group playing a final. The good news is that once you have arrived, there is no need to use your car again as the football pitches are situated within walking distance from the holiday centre.
First Aid: For your complete peace of mind, we provide a fully staffed First Aid Unit, qualified Paramedics and an Ambulance. Referees: At all our events, we provide referees for all games so your club members can sit back, relax and enjoy the festival.
Important: The events mentioned on our website and inside our brochure are organised and staffed by Sports Tours Ltd. We do not enter your teams into festivals organised by local football clubs. Whilst your team is on tour, our staff members will be available to assist you throughout the weekend.
AccommodationAccommodation 4, 6 & 8 berth
We have available both mobile homes and chalets, which are all situated around the main holiday complex. The chalets provide comfortable accommodation with two or three bedrooms, large lounge area with convertible sofa/bed, TV, fully fitted kitchen with microwave, bathroom with bath & shower, wc and sink. The mobile homes provide modern accommodation, which sleep up to six & eight persons. Each mobile home has two or three bedrooms, bath/shower with separate wc, lounge area with convertible sofa bed, TV, full kitchen facilities with microwave. Bed linen is provided; please bring your own towels, toiletries & tea towels.
