We also have an ATOL (Air Tour Operators Licence), granted to us by the CAA (Civil Aviation Authority), which provides financial protection if travelling by air. Specialist Holiday Insurance

Sports Tours travel insurance is available for all our tours and has been arranged through Optimum Underwriting Limited. The policy has been tailormade to match the activities provided by our company. Our cover is wider than most other travel policies on the market, so if you are considering using another insurance we strongly recommend that you ensure that cover at least matches ours.

As with any insurance, it is important that you read the policy document to check it is suitable for all members of your group. It is important to note the need to declare pre-existing health conditions at the time of booking for any person who is 18 and over travelling anywhere, or any person who is under 18 travelling outside of Europe (ages are at the date of departure), to see if the condition(s) can be included in the cover. Please note that pre-existing health conditions will be excluded.

Safety is Our Priority

At all our UK resorts we employ the services of event & tournament staff, along with staff from our office to oversee the successful running of the event. In Europe, you will have one of our knowledgeable coach drivers to assist you throughout your tour. In the event of difficulty, we have staff members available 24-hour a day, 365 days a year to assist.
