About Amsterdam

AMSTERDAM is ideal for adult groups, with many clubs, bars and other well-known attractions at your fingertips. Known as the most liberal capital in the western world Amsterdam has an inexhaustible amount of things to do and see. It also has a great array of shopping centres and amazing sightseeing opportunities. There is also the Heineken museum nearby.

Amsterdam also has some of Europe's most beautiful architecture, with the cobbled streets and amazing houses; everywhere you look you will be literally overwhelmed. Amsterdam has everything an adult team requires whilst on tour. With so many attractions you will never discover all what this cultured and diverse city has to offer.

You may even wish to catch up on some culture and take a visit to the city's three world-famous art galleries The Van Gogh, Stedelijk and the Rijksmuseum with some of the most amazing works ever created. Amazing historic architecture, narrow cobbled streets and winding canals giving this city a really cosmopolitan feel.

- One of the liveliest and definitely most liberal cities in Europe.
- Brilliant sightseeing and shopping.
- Heineken Brewery tour.

  Friendly Match Arrangements

Amsterdam has no doubt been a firm favourite for adult rugby groups throughout the twenty years we have been taking clubs on tour. We usually recommend just one match whilst on tour, however we can organise two if you prefer! We have some excellent festivals for adults and vets teams or friendly matches can be organised from August through to May.

  Accommodation

For all male / female teams we can provide three & four bedded rooms. The hotel / hostels are fairly basic, although most establishments have a bar and cafeteria/lounge area. Please let us know if you require a centrally located hotel or wish to upgrade to a higher standard accommodation on the outside of Amsterdam.
