  • Matches & International Festivals

Whilst on tour, you can choose to play friendly rugby matches or take part in an International Rugby Festival and on some tours you can do both.

Festivals are played according to the IRB and host country rules and regulations. Occasionally, festival organisers may introduce additional rules with permission from their RFU.

Playing friendly matches allows your team more time to visit famous rugby stadiums, beautiful cities, theme parks and places of interest.

European qualifying birth dates are different to those based in England & Wales and we will enter your team into the correct age section, which suits your teams standard and ability.

  • Travel by Executive Coach

Travel is provided by coach, ferry or by air. Travelling by coach is the most suitable mode of transport as we will collect you from your club and return you to your club once your tour has finished. Your vehicle and driver will stay with you throughout your tour and the coach will be available for local excursions.

  • Sea Crossing

The price includes ferry via Dover to Calais, taking just 70 minutes with either Seafrance or P&O. We can arrange travel with Eurotunnel, which is included in the price, although you will pay a supplement during Bank Holidays or should your travelling numbers consist of less than 35 persons travelling.

    Alternative Sea Crossings
We can arrange for your club to travel via Portsmouth, Harwich, Hull, Newcastle or Rosyth, however a ferry supplement will apply.

    Foot Passenger
If you live nearby one of our alternative sea crossing ports, you can save money by travelling as a “foot passenger”. Just arrange to meet your club members in the departure lounger, board the ferry as a foot passenger and we will meet you at your European arrival port and then transfer you directly to your chosen resort.

    Travelling by Coach
As with most of the tours we organise, we will collect you from your rugby club and transfer you directly to your destination and the coach will stay with you for the duration of your tour.

Groups living more than 400 miles from their preferred port of exit will incur an additional supplement for the extra mileage and additional drivers who are legally required to operate your tour.

  • Travel by Air

To obtain the best possible prices you must book early.  If you considering a rugby tour during a Bank Holiday, you will pay a higher price for your flights. We have several members of staff who will be able to assist you with the best flight prices, which can be booked through our company thus we will take responsibility for the arrangement.
