Booking is Easy

Once you have decided where you want to go on your rugby tour just call us on 01708 336991 and we can check availability. If your resort is available we can reserve your rugby tour by telephone without an initial deposit.

Your booking will be confirmed once we receive your booking form and deposits of £25 per person for our UK Festivals and £40 per person European Tours. If you are travelling long haul, we will confirm the deposit required. Unless otherwise stated, your final payment will be required eight weeks before departure.

Advance Registration

If your booking a tour six months in advance and you need time to collect the full deposits from your rugby club members, you can complete our advanced registration form. Once received, we will reserve a place in the rugby tournament whilst you collect deposits. All you need to do is pay an initial deposit of £250.00 and send us the remaining deposits within six weeks. If you decide not to go on tour within 21 days of receipt, we will refund the £250.00 paid.
