Scheveningen is situated in Den Haag (The Hague), which has the largest concentration of rugby clubs in Holland. Rugby Tournaments or Festivals in Holland are available from Easter through to May with 7's festivals taking place in May. There are lots of possibilities in this region of Holland to play in different competitions and of course you must leave some time to enjoy all of the attractions.
