Lisbon is a small but charming city and is best known for its rolling hills, pastel houses and incredible beaches. It has been influenced by many different cultures and is full of history - The Alfama Quarter retains its Medieval feel. Visitors can stroll through narrow streets, enjoy a scenic ride on antique streetcars or take a steep ride up to Bairro Alto, a street elevator over 100 years old.
Outside of the city there is a wide variety of landscapes with beaches, natural parks and cultural routes, you will never run out of things to do.
- Natural Parks and walking routes nearby
- Great beaches for surfing and watersports

Hockey is a growing sport in Portugal, and those that play are very passionate. They also love testing themselves against British teams, so we have a number of clubs we can arrange fixtures with for all ages and abilities. The club facilities in and around Lisbon are generally good and have private grounds.
