PRAGUE one of the most welcoming places of Europe. If you are here for your first time, or if it is a return visit, you will always be greeted warmly.

As the town is so small you will never be very far away from the action with architectural gems including stone bridges, churches, elegant statues, cobbled squares, monasteries and castles. Take a cruise down the River Vltava or visit many of the enticing cafes, underground beer halls and wine cellars. Wenceslas Square is a vibrant area with many hotels, restaurants, bars, clubs and shops.

Visitors are drawn to the nightlife and entertainment all around, plus the international shops which make this Prague’s main shopping area. Wenceslas Square also offers easy walking access to all Prague’s sights & attractions. From here you can reach anywhere in the city centre.

Czechs have been drinking beer for more than a millennium. The secret behind their beer is brewing perfection and their prices are still the lowest in Europe.

The Czech’s are keen to play rugby against British touring sides, you can expect a welcome along with a few surprises!

Friendly Match Arrangements

The Czechs love to play the British at rugby, which means you can be sure of a great reception. The pitches and clubs are of excellent standard and mosst have their own clubhouse, changing facilities and are on their own private grounds, which means there will be no park rugby played. There are a few festivals available but most teams travel to play 1 or 2 friendly fixtures.
