Tournament Overview
Having been running for over 30 years, the Hageland Cup attracts some 250 teams from across Europe. Taking place over the Spring Bank Holiday in May, this two-day tournament is the ideal quick getaway, with a choice of accommodation options that are perfect for groups. The tournament welcomes both boys and girls, and attracts teams from many countries including Poland, Switzerland, Spain and Cambodia!

U8 to U17 Boys teams.
Dispensation: For U12 to U17, 2 players can be up to 6 months older than the limit. For U10 and U11, 1 player is permitted. No dispensation for U8 and U9.
Please speak to your tour consultant to clarify the age group rules.
What to Expect
Day 1:
Morning: Board your coach from your club and depart for Dover before boarding the ferry.
Afternoon: Arrive at your holiday park and check-in to your accommodation. Check out the facilities!
Evening: Enjoy dinner in your accommodation or in a restaurant.
Day 2:
Morning: Your coach driver will take you to the tournament venue for your first day of matches. You will play up to 4 matches today with your results determining your ranking for Sunday.
Afternoon: Return to your holiday park for swimming and activities or choose to visit an amusement park.
Evening: Dinner at the holiday park with free time.
Day 3:
Morning: Back to the tournament location for another morning of matches to determine your classification. Once your matches are finished there will be a presentation for all teams.
Afternoon: Enjoy your final afternoon in Belgium – why not visit a museum or take on the high ropes at the holiday park?
Evening: Get together as a team for a BBQ or a meal at the holiday park village.
Day 4:
Morning: You will need to check-out by 10AM and then board your coach for your journey back home.
Afternoon: Take the ferry back across the channel.
Evening: Arrive back at your club.
Please note, your matches at the tournament may take place in the morning or afternoon on both days. The schedule is confirmed one month before the tournament.

What time of year can we go on tour?
April and May are the best times of the year due to the availability for fixtures, although we can arrange tours from late August to early June.
Unfortunately, we cannot arrange tours from Mid-June to mid-August as we cannot guarantee fixtures for you.

What is the deposit schedule?
The deposit schedule will depend on your specific tour arrangements, but usually involves a per person deposit, followed by your final balance. For flight tours, we will also ask for the cost of the flights at the time of booking. Please discuss with your tour consultant.
