Tournament Overview
The Hilversum International Youth Rugby Festival is a one-day festival that’s been running for over 20 years and over 80 teams from across the UK and Northern Europe take part every year. Hilversum RC create a real festival atmosphere with a central village providing entertainment, food and drinks, with lots of pitches available for matches.

What to Expect
Day 1:
Morning: Meet at your rugby club where your coach driver will collect you and drive you to Dover for the ferry crossing to Calais.
Afternoon: You’ll drive through France and Belgium to Holland, before arriving at Center Parcs in the late afternoon for check-in.
Evening: Enjoy a meal at the holiday park together and get some rest before the weekend!
Day 2:
Morning & Afternoon: Free time to enjoy Center Parcs resort activities
Evening: Enjoy dinner at the holiday park and prepare for your day of rugby tomorrow.
Day 3:
Morning: Wake up, eat a good breakfast and head across to Hilversum RC for the rugby festival.
The parents can enjoy the onsite catering facilities and the bar in between matches, while the team will play against teams from across Europe.
Afternoon: Enjoy the post-match awards and hospitality before heading back to your holiday park.
Evening: Many teams enjoy a group meal or BBQ to celebrate the weekend!
Day 4:
Morning: You’ll be checking out of your accommodation at 10AM before meeting your coach driver and heading off.
Afternoon: Board the ferry at Calais and head back across the channel.
Evening: Arrive back at your club.
