Our team captain! Keeps the ball rolling – oversees all aspects of our primary daily business functions and responsibilities. Everything from customer sales to event management, client relations, planning, coordination – you name it!

Tom runs the show when it comes to our home turf tournaments. He works closely with a range of suppliers and stakeholders to create and organise our unforgettable UK events – and they get bigger and better every year! Tournament venues, accommodations, governing bodies of each sport, tournament schedules, celebrity guests – talk to Tom!

As the Events Manager, Alex thrives on the dynamic nature of organising and managing high quality sports tours. What excites him most about his role is the chance to bring players, fans, and families together through unforgettable sporting experiences! Whether it’s organising the playing schedule, meeting with venues, or ensuring smooth events, Alex always takes pride in making each event seamless, engaging, and memorable for the whole family.

Stacey ensures all event details and team arrangements are fine-tuned. After sales, she becomes the main point of contact. Her role involves a lot of relationship building with clients, answering any questions, queries, concerns and strategically sorting anything teams may need or wish to change in the lead up to a cracking event.

Matt’s primary role is to assist with the operational side of things. He’ll get teams geared up for their incredible experience – transportation, accommodation, tournament logistics, expert tour coordination, everything you need to focus solely on the games and good times. Think databases, strategy, a total balancing act – his role is extremely varied and that’s what keeps things interesting!

Elle works closely with the clubs to help manage their bookings – she’s that important point of contact for any questions and logistics leading up to an event. No day is the same! Elle is a people person, and really enjoys speaking to different party leaders and walking them through the exciting process of booking a tournament outside the familiar realms of local leagues.
