When you’re ready to book, pay an initial deposit of £295 to reserve your team’s place in the tournament and accommodation.
Your place is reserved for a specific time (usually 4 weeks) giving you time to organise the individual deposits.
Collect a £40 per person deposit for UK tournaments or £50 per person for European tours from each of your travellers. Once we receive these deposits, your booking is confirmed!
You’ll receive confirmation of your tour arrangements as well as a tour booking reference number for any future correspondence.
Final payments are due 12-weeks prior to departure.
Your tour is now handled via your very own secure ‘Manage My Booking’ hub on our website.
