Get ready to kick it up a notch with our Blackpool Easter Football Tournament, part of our ever-popular Fleetwood Town Cup!

Join us for a supercharged bank holiday weekend, where U7 – U16 teams will go toe-to-toe in a spectacular 2-day showdown against teams from across the country. The action unfolds at Fleetwood Town FC’s official training ground, Poolfoot Farm, and the fantastic neighbouring Thornton-Cleveleys FC. These venues have family-friendly football weekends down to a fine art!

Excellent facilities on and off the pitch!

Poolfoot Farm’s state-of-the-art facilities make for an unforgettable tournament weekender for players and supporters alike. There’s three top class grass pitches, two FIFA 2-star grade 4G pitches, four 5-a-side red cages, as well as an Air Dome, which houses an artificial grass pitch. Aside from the pitches, there is a pitch side bar, a 400-seater beer garden showing live football and an outdoor terrace dining area serving great food for the whole family!

Again in 2026, we’ll be heading back to nearby Thornton-Cleveleys FC. Only a stone’s throw away from Poolfoot Farm, there’s four new 11-a-side pitches and a fantastic club house!

What to expect

4PM: Check in at your hotel accommodation, take time to settle in, and soak up the excitement! Families and teams will be mingling, sharing the buzz of the weekend ahead!

6PM: Enjoy a relaxed dinner at your accommodation or nearby (Blackpool has plenty of great supper spots), grab a drink, and rest up for the fun and festivities ahead!

8:30AM: Teams will arrive at the venue for registration and set up their team tents. Flags will be flying, chants will be cheered, and the atmosphere will come alive as teams gear up for an unforgettable day of cracking competition.

Please note: Afternoon teams, there’s no need to rush, just make sure you’re registered at least half an hour before your games start!

9AM: The first matches will begin – expect an electric kind of energy and fantastic games of football! If you’re in the morning slot, you’ll hit the pitches between 9AM and 2PM. Those of you in the afternoon slot, your time to shine will be from 2PM to 6PM.

After your matches, take some time to relax at the venue, grab a drink, or head back to your accommodation. Or explore Blackpool – there will be plenty of family-friendly attractions to choose from!

8:30AM: Teams arrive at the venue for registration and prepare for another day of thrilling competition!

9AM: The games will kick off once again! Same as yesterday – those with morning slots will hit the pitch between 9AM and 2PM, and those with afternoon slots will play between 2PM and 6PM. It’s crunch time as teams gear up for glory!

Following the conclusion of games in your age category, celebrate together at the awards ceremony, where medals and trophies will be handed out by a special guest. It’s a moment to cheer, snap some celebratory shots, and reflect on action that’s unfolded, all while surrounded by family and friends. Please note, there will be two awards ceremonies – one for teams who have played in the morning session, and another for teams who have played in the afternoon session

10AM: All good things must come to an end! Check out of your accommodation and head home after an unforgettable weekend.

All tournaments are affiliated by the FA and played in line with FA Rules and Regulations.

Match durations will be maximised dependent on number of teams per age group, in line with FA ‘Daily Playing Time’ regulations above.

We follow the rules and regulations set by the relevant governing bodies, including those for age groups, match duration, and the total match play time each day.

Yes! All players will receive a participation medal, and there will be winners and runners-up trophies in all competitive events. Every player’s effort will be recognised.

The booking process is simple:

  1. Choose your trip with your Tour Consultant, who will provide you with a detailed itinerary and pricing.
  2. A £320 deposit (£40.00pp x 8) is required to secure your place and accommodation.
  3. Once paid, we’ll hold your trip details for 3 weeks, allowing you time to confirm numbers, gather outstanding £40.00pp deposits, and finalise accommodation preferences.
  4. After 3 weeks, we’ll need you to complete the booking form to confirm your details. Our team will be happy to assist you with this.

We provide most of the equipment. However, feel free to bring extra items and we do ask that you bring balls for matches, training or casual play. Don’t forget your kit and, of course, your passion for the game!
