What to expect

Arrive and check-in at your holiday park after taking the ferry from Dover – feel free to explore the park and dine at one of the many restaurants with your team!

Your coach driver will take you to the tournament venue for your first day of matches – the tournament begins at 8:30AM! You’ll play at least 3 matches in the morning, and then you can choose to either relax in the afternoon or venture out and explore Rotterdam.

Return to the tournament for the last day of games – compete in group matches, followed by semi-finals and finals. Who will win? The tournament finishes at 2:00PM, so head back to the holiday park and make a splash in the subtropical swimming paradise!

It’s time to begin your journey home! Check out by 10:00AM and then board your coach for your journey back home, before taking the ferry across the channel. Home time!

Yes, you will need formal permission to tour abroad. Please check with your local FA or RFU for the latest guidelines on international travel and participation.

Age groups in Europe are generally based on calendar years (January 1 – December 31), while in the UK they’re based on school years (September 1 – August 31). This means your team might need to play in a higher age category (e.g., a UK U10 might play as a European U11). Many tournaments allow for up to 3 players born in the latter part of the year to compete in the lower category, but more than 3 players born after September may need to play in the higher age group. This is a common practice and won’t affect your team’s performance.

Absolutely! We offer a variety of excursions and activities, such as theme parks, water parks, stadium tours, and more. Speak with your Tour Consultant to explore options, and we can seamlessly add these to your itinerary for a hassle-free experience.
