Set against the stunning North Wales backdrop, this action-packed event will bring together teams for a day of thrilling tackles, fast-paced play, and unforgettable memories. Expect top-class competition, team spirit, and a fun, family-friendly atmosphere that makes this more than just a tournament – it’s a rugby celebration!

What to expect

4PM: Arrive and check into your holiday park accommodation! Settle in, meet other families and teams, and start soaking up the breathtaking views of North Wales.

6PM: Enjoy a relaxed dinner at your hotel or a nearby restaurant. North Wales offers everything from cosy pubs to fish and chips on the promenade. Rest up… the rugby action begins tomorrow!

Some teams will take to the pitch today, while others enjoy a well-earned day of leisure. Then on Day 3, it’s time for the remaining teams to compete while the rest relax and recharge.

From 8:30AM: Time to head to festival venue for team registration and tent set-up. Expect a flurry of flags, chants echoing across the venue, and a buzzing crowd as the action gets underway. Half the teams will play today, and half the teams will play tomorrow.

From 9AM: Let the matches begin! It’s a day filled with fast passes, fearless tackles, and fantastic team spirit.

Once the games have completed, gather together for the awards ceremony, where medals and trophies will be presented by a surprise rugby guest! It’s time to celebrate the weekend’s achievements and make memories with your teammates, families, and coaches.

Today, it’s all about balance – while some teams are back in action on the pitch others have the day to relax and explore everything North Wales has to offer.

Enjoy quality time with teammates, friends, and family as you make the most of the resort’s attractions – from the indoor amusement arcade, and play area, to swimming pool and raft building.

Grab a bite at one of the many restaurants or bars, pick up essentials at the on-site store, or unwind in the sauna, steam room!

10AM: Time to check out and say farewell to North Wales. Head home with amazing memories, new friends, and maybe even a trophy in hand!

All tournaments are sanctioned by the RFU and played in line with RFU Age Grade Regulations.

Match durations will be maximised dependent on number of teams per age group, in line with the RFU ‘Daily Playing Time’ regulations above.

All players will receive a participation medal and there will be winners and runners up trophies for U12 to U15 teams. Those attending the presentation will be awarded their medals by a special guest rugby player.

Yes please. There is parking onsite with a donation to the host club.

RFU GMS is accepted as a valid form of ID and age verification. Alternatively, please bring RFU cards or a photocopy of a passport for verification. Age checks may be carried out at any point during the festival.

All pitches are played on grass, so it is recommended to wear studded boots, but players are welcome to alternative footwear depending on the ground surface.

Each team will play up to 5 games per day – the duration of the games depends on the number of teams in each age category. However, each team will play up to the maximum number of minutes per day, as stipulated by the RFU.
