FAQs
How many people does a team registration fee admit?
12 players and 2 coaching staff. If your group exceeds this number, additional spectator tickets must be purchased.
Are under 18s allowed onsite?
Yes, we have a Colts category at this festival. But all guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 or over.
Is there a car park onsite?
Yes, there is an onsite car park at Nottingham RFC. We strongly recommend purchasing car parking tickets online in advance – ticket information will be provided in the coming weeks.
Car parking spaces will be made available on a first come first served basis.
Can we bring alcohol onsite?
No alcohol may be brought onto the site. However, a fully stocked bar will be open all day.
