This incredible 2-day festival offers your team the ultimate stay and play experience!

Taking place on the May Day Bank Holiday Weekend, we’re excited to host a new Rugby Festival for U7 – U15 in West Sussex! Squads will come together from all over the UK to enjoy a 2-day tournament jam-packed with mad moments and memories!

The tournament venue, Havant RFC, is well-established and recently refurbished, boasting great pitches, a fully kitted clubhouse, changing rooms, and toilets.

What to expect

4PM: Check in at your hotel accommodation, take time to settle in, and soak up the excitement! Families and teams will be mingling, sharing the buzz of the weekend ahead!

6PM: Enjoy a relaxed dinner at your accommodation or nearby, grab a drink, and rest up for the fun and festivities ahead!

8:30AM: Teams will arrive at the venue for registration and set up their team tents. Flags will be flying, chants will be cheered, and the atmosphere will come alive as teams gear up for an unforgettable day of cracking competition.

Please note: Afternoon teams, there’s no need to rush, just make sure you’re registered at least half an hour before your games start!

9AM: The first matches will begin – expect an electric kind of energy and great games of rugby! If you’re in the morning slot, you’ll hit the pitches between 9AM and 1PM. Those of you in the afternoon slot, your time to shine will be from 1PM to 5PM.

After your matches, take some time to relax at the venue, grab a drink, or head back to your accommodation. Or explore Great Yarmouth – there’s plenty of family-friendly attractions to choose from!

8:30AM: Teams arrive at the venue for registration and prepare for another day of thrilling competition!

9AM: The games will kick off once again! Same as yesterday – those with morning slots will hit the pitch between 1PM and 5PM, and those with afternoon slots will play between 1PM and 5PM. It’s crunch time as teams gear up for glory!

5PM: Celebrate together at the awards ceremony, where medals and trophies will be handed out by a special guest. It’s a moment to cheer, snap some celebratory shots, and reflect on action that’s unfolded, all while surrounded by family and friends.

10AM: All good things must come to an end! You’ll check out of your accommodation and head home after an unforgettable weekend.

All tournaments are sanctioned by the RFU and played in line with RFU Age Grade Regulations.

Match durations will be maximised dependent on number of teams per age group, in line with the RFU ‘Daily Playing Time’ regulations above.

We follow the rules and regulations set by the relevant governing bodies, including those for age groups, match duration, and the total match play time each day.

Yes! All players will receive a participation medal, and there will be winners and runners-up trophies in all competitive events. Every player’s effort will be recognised.

We provide qualified referees and umpires for all our Football and Netball events. For Rugby events, referees are provided for most age categories.

The booking process is simple:

  1. Choose your trip with your Tour Consultant, who will provide you with a detailed itinerary and pricing.
  2. A £320 deposit (£40.00pp x 8) is required to secure your place and accommodation.
  3. Once paid, we’ll hold your trip details for 3 weeks, allowing you time to confirm numbers, gather outstanding £40.00pp deposits, and finalise accommodation preferences.
  4. After 3 weeks, we’ll need you to complete the booking form to confirm your details. Our team will be happy to assist you with this.
