The action unfolds at Fleetwood Town FC’s official training ground, Poolfoot Farm – its elite facilities guarantee that you’ll be set for an UNFORGETTABLE weekend!

Excellent facilities on and off the pitch!

Poolfoot Farm’s state-of-the-art facilities make for an unforgettable tournament weekender for players and supporters alike. There’s three top class grass pitches, two FIFA 2-star grade 4G pitches, four 5-a-side red cages, as well as an Air Dome, which houses an artificial grass pitch. Aside from the pitches, there is a pitchside bar, a 400-seater beer garden showing live football and an outdoor terrace dining area serving great food for the whole family!

What to expect

4PM: Check-in opens at your hotel accommodation – take time to settle in and soak up the excitement! Teams will be arriving, mingling, and sharing the buzz of the weekend ahead.

6PM: Enjoy a relaxed dinner at your accommodation or nearby. Blackpool has plenty of great spots for a team meal – perfect for fuelling up, bonding, and getting into the football spirit before kick-off tomorrow.

8:30AM: Teams arrive at the venue for registration and to set up their team bases. Expect a lively atmosphere with club banners, chants, and plenty of pre-match energy as everyone gets ready to play.

9AM – 5PM: Time for kick-off! Some age groups will play all their matches today – so it’s game faces on for a full day of football action, teamwork, and big moments.

For the age groups that finish today, it’s celebration time! Medals and trophies will be awarded by a special guest, with plenty of photo ops and cheering as we recognise the day’s top teams and players.

Evening: After the games and the glory, enjoy some downtime – take a stroll along the beach, visit the arcades, or tuck into a well-earned dinner with your teammates.

8:30AM: Teams arrive at the venue for the final day of football action. More age groups take to the pitch, and others return for their concluding matches.

9AM – 5PM: The games continue! It’s crunch time, with group winners, final placings, and silverware all up for grabs. Expect determination, drama, and lots of goals!

It’s time to honour the final day’s champions, runners-up, and standout performers. Celebrate your achievements with teammates, friends, and family – and of course, a trophy or two!

Evening: After an unforgettable weekend of football, fun, and friendship, it’s time to check out and head home. Safe travels to all teams – we hope you’ve made memories to last a lifetime, and we’ll see you again at the next tournament!

All tournaments are affiliated by the FA and played in line with FA Rules and Regulations.

Match durations will be maximised dependent on number of teams per age group, in line with FA ‘Daily Playing Time’ regulations above.

We follow the rules and regulations set by the relevant governing bodies, including those for age groups, match duration, and the total match play time each day.

Yes! All players will receive a participation medal, and there will be winners and runners-up trophies in all competitive events. Every player’s effort will be recognised.

The booking process is simple:

  1. Choose your trip with your Tour Consultant, who will provide you with a detailed itinerary and pricing.
  2. A £320 deposit (£40.00pp x 8) is required to secure your place and accommodation.
  3. Once paid, we’ll hold your trip details for 3 weeks, allowing you time to confirm numbers, gather outstanding £40.00pp deposits, and finalise accommodation preferences.
  4. After 3 weeks, we’ll need you to complete the booking form to confirm your details. Our team will be happy to assist you with this.

We provide most of the equipment. However, feel free to bring extra items and we do ask that you bring balls for matches, training or casual play. Don’t forget your kit and, of course, your passion for the game!
