On Saturday, Girls’ U12, U14, and U16 teams will take to the pitch for a 1-day tournament at Wymondham Rugby Football Club. Set in over 20 beautiful acres of grassland and woods, this venue boasts excellent facilities! Here, you can expect great rugby pitches, changing rooms, toilets, ample parking, and the social heart of the club, the clubhouse, which overlooks the first team pitch.
Teams will compete in a festival-style format, creating an exciting environment both on and off the pitch as players enjoy a full day of rugby action, teamwork, and memorable moments.
With your free day, head to Great Yarmouth’s vibrant beach front for an unforgettable family day out or simply enjoy the lively atmosphere of your holiday park and the local area.

3PM: Check in at your holiday park, take time to settle in, and get ready for an exciting weekend ahead! Families and teams can relax, meet up, and start building the buzz for the festival.
6PM: Enjoy a relaxed dinner at your accommodation or nearby (Great Yarmouth has plenty of great spots to eat), grab a drink, and unwind ahead of the action-packed day on Saturday.

All tournaments are sanctioned by the RFU and played in line with RFU Age Grade Regulations.
Match durations will be maximised dependent on number of teams per age group, in line with the RFU ‘Daily Playing Time’ regulations above.
Each team will play up to 5 games per day – the duration of the games depends on the number of teams in each age category. However, each team will play up to the maximum number of minutes per day, as stipulated by the RFU.
Limited return coach transportation from the holiday park to the venue is available at £15 per person, on a first come, first served basis. Alternatively, there is parking onsite with a donation to the host club.
RFU GMS is accepted as a valid form of ID and age verification. Alternatively, please bring RFU cards or a photocopy of a passport for verification. Age checks may be carried out at any point during the festival.
All players will receive a participation medal and there will be winners and runners up trophies for U12 to U15 teams. Those attending the presentation will be awarded their medals by a special guest.

From start to finish, the team at Sports Tours were an absolute dream to work with. Everything was seamless, nothing was too much trouble, no question was stupid (and we had a lot of those!!). The tournament itself was very well run, and the atmosphere was amazing. Our teams were living their best life that weekend.
