This popular May Day weekend festival has been a staple on our event calendar for years, and it’s always a sell-out! In 2027, it’s the same incredible tournament as always, just with a brand new name!
This electrifying 2-day competition, open to U7 – U15 teams, sees around 100 teams come together for a fantastic showcase of teamwork, tactics, and terrific tries.
The action takes place at North Walsham Rugby Football Club, where the festival atmosphere really comes alive. Expect quality pitches, club catering, local food vendors, buzzing marquees, great entertainment, and everything you need for an unforgettable weekend of rugby.

3PM: Check in to your holiday park and start exploring the fantastic facilities! Take in the lively atmosphere, mingle with fellow guests, and enjoy a delicious dinner on-site or at a nearby restaurant. Grab a drink, relax, and get ready for the fun and festivities!
From 8:30AM: Teams will roll in for registration and set up their team tents. Flags will be flying! Afternoon teams, there’s no need to rush, just make sure you’re registered at least half an hour before your games start
From 9AM: Let’s the games begin! If you’re in the morning slot, get ready to hit the pitch between 9AM and 2PM. Those of you in the afternoon slot, your time to shine is from 2PM to 6PM. When you’re not playing, soak up the electric atmosphere, run some drills, grab some grub, and watch all the action unfold!
After your matches, take some time to relax at the venue, grab a drink, or head back to your accommodation. Or explore Great Yarmouth – there’s plenty of family-friendly attractions!

Once you have finished your games, celebrate together at the awards ceremony, where medals and trophies will be handed out by a special guest. It’s a moment to cheer, snap some celebratory shots, and reflect on action that’s unfolded, all while surrounded by family and friends.
10AM: All good things must come to an end! It’s time to check out of your accommodation and head home after an unforgettable weekend.
Just returned from a football weekend in Yarmouth organised by Sports Tours. It was such a great weekend. Organised really well and the staff, especially Stacey from Sports Tours, was incredible. It’s not easy organising 2 football teams and Stacey was just incredibly helpful even with the ever-changing details within our group. A fantastic weekend was had by all. Would definitely recommend!

All tournaments are sanctioned by the RFU and played in line with RFU Age Grade Regulations.
Match durations will be maximised dependent on number of teams per age group, in line with the RFU ‘Daily Playing Time’ regulations above.
Limited return coach transportation from the holiday park to the venue on both days is available at £22 per person, on a first come, first served basis. Alternatively, there is parking onsite with a donation to the host club.
Each team will play up to 5 games per day – the duration of the games depends on the number of teams in each age category. However, each team will play up to the maximum number of minutes per day, as stipulated by the RFU.
RFU GMS is accepted as a valid form of ID and age verification. Alternatively, please bring RFU cards or a photocopy of a passport for verification. Age checks may be carried out at any point during the festival.
All players will receive a participation medal and there will be winners and runners up trophies for U12 to U15 teams. Those attending the presentation will be awarded their medals by a special guest.
