This weekend offers you the opportunity to combine top-quality netball with all the excitement of a traditional seaside getaway. From sandy beaches and arcades to cafés, attractions and evening entertainment, there’s plenty to enjoy away from the courts.

A fun-filled 2-day Junior Netball Tournament for U11–U16 teams. Matches are played at Lynn Grove Academy, with top facilities and a welcoming atmosphere. Families can make the most of the seaside setting, arcades, and attractions between games.

Whether you’re competing in the Ladies Tournament or the Juniors Tournament, you’ll enjoy a weekend packed with competitive matches, team bonding, and plenty of Great Yarmouth fun.
3PM: Arrive in Norfolk, check in to your accommodation, and start soaking up the buzz of tournament weekend.
6PM: Dinner time! For Junior teams and families, head to one of Great Yarmouth’s many family-friendly restaurants or enjoy a relaxed meal at your accommodation. For Ladies teams, it’s time explore the town’s lively restaurant and bar scene – the perfect way to kick off the weekend with teammates.
From 8:30AM: Teams head to their venues for registration and to set up their team bases. The energy builds with flags, chants, and plenty of team spirit.
From 9AM: The group stages begin! Expect a full day of fast-paced, competitive netball. After matches, Junior teams can enjoy family attractions such as the beach, arcades, or the funfair. For Ladies teams, it’s time to relax back at your accommodation or head out to sample Great Yarmouth’s bars and nightlife.
Saturday Evening – Fancy Dress Party!: A joint highlight for both tournaments! Whether you go silly, stylish, or unrecognisable, it’s all about laughs, photos, and team bonding. With prizes up for grabs, don’t hold back!
Please Note: The Junior and Ladies age categories will be split into two sessions (AM and PM). The session allocations will be confirmed closer to the tournament date.
From 8:30AM: Teams return to their venues for another day of competition.
From 9AM: Remaining group games followed by the knock-out stages.
Afternoon: Both tournaments close with a celebratory awards ceremony. Medals and trophies will be presented by a special guest – the perfect finale to an unforgettable weekend.
Early finish on Sunday so teams have time to travel home.

All matches are played in line with England Netball Rules.
Match durations will be maximised dependent on number of teams per age group, in line with the advisory ‘Daily Playing Time’ above.
Umpires will be provided by Sports Tours for all matches.
Yes, all umpires will be England Netball registered (C Award or above). Home teams for each fixture are responsible for the match ball and teams will need to bring bibs.
We follow the rules and regulations set by the relevant governing bodies, including those for age groups, match duration, and the total match play time each day.
Yes, we accept local teams, though space can be limited depending on the tournament. We recommend reaching out for more information to secure your spot.

From start to finish, the team at Sports Tours were an absolute dream to work with. Everything was seamless, nothing was too much trouble, no question was stupid (and we had a lot of those!!). The tournament itself was very well run, and the atmosphere was amazing. Our teams were living their best life that weekend.
