Set against the stunning North Wales backdrop, this action-packed event will bring together teams for a day of thrilling tackles, fast-paced play, and unforgettable memories. What to expect

3PM: Arrive and check into your accommodation! Settle in, meet other families and teams, and start soaking up the breathtaking views of North Wales.

6PM: Enjoy a relaxed dinner at a nearby restaurant. North Wales offers everything from cosy pubs to fish and chips on the promenade. Rest up… the rugby action begins tomorrow!

Half of the age groups will play today, and the other half will play on Sunday. Every team will only play on ONE of these days.

From 8:30AM: Time to head to the festival venue for team registration and set-up. Expect a buzzing atmosphere with flags, chants, and teams arriving for their match day.

From 9AM: Matches begin! A full day of fast-paced rugby, team spirit, and festival energy.

Once matches finish for the day, teams playing on Saturday will take part in the awards presentation, celebrating the day’s rugby action.

From 8:30AM: The remaining age groups arrive at the festival venue for registration and preparation.

From 9AM: Their matches begin, completing the festival’s rugby fixtures.

Meanwhile, non-playing teams and families can relax and explore everything North Wales has to offer, including swimming, arcade games, play areas, shopping, and dining options.

10AM: Time to check out and say farewell to North Wales. Head home with amazing memories, new friends, and maybe even a trophy in hand!

All tournaments are sanctioned by the RFU and played in line with RFU Age Grade Regulations.

Match durations will be maximised dependent on number of teams per age group, in line with the RFU ‘Daily Playing Time’ regulations above.

Each team will play up to 5 games per day – the duration of the games depends on the number of teams in each age category. However, each team will play up to the maximum number of minutes per day, as stipulated by the RFU.

RFU GMS is accepted as a valid form of ID and age verification. Alternatively, please bring RFU cards or a photocopy of a passport for verification. Age checks may be carried out at any point during the festival.

All players will receive a participation medal and there will be winners and runners up trophies for U12 to U15 teams. Those attending the presentation will be awarded their medals by a special guest.

The booking process is simple:

  1. Submit Your Registration Form. Once we receive your completed registration form, we will review your team entry and accommodation requirements.
  2. Your Booking Is Placed on Hold Subject to availability; we will place your team entry and accommodation on a 14‑day tentative hold – No payment required at this stage.
  3. Secure Your Booking. To fully secure your team’s event place and accommodation, a non‑refundable £50.00 per‑person deposit is required within 14 days.
  4. Final Balance Payments are due 12 weeks prior to travel.
