Join us for an unforgettable girl’s rugby festival in West Sussex, offering U12, U14, and U16 teams the ultimate stay and play rugby tournament experience. Clubs from across the UK will come together for a weekend filled with competitive rugby, exciting matches, team spirit, and unforgettable memories both on and off the pitch.

Hosted at Havant RFC, one of the region’s fantastic rugby venues, the festival provides the perfect setting for a memorable girl’s rugby tournament weekend. Teams will enjoy excellent facilities, including quality rugby pitches, a fully equipped clubhouse, changing rooms, and spectator areas.

What to expect

4PM: Check in at your accommodation, take time to settle in, and soak up the excitement! Families and teams will be mingling, sharing the buzz of the weekend ahead!

6PM: Enjoy a relaxed dinner at your accommodation or nearby, grab a drink, and rest up for the fun and festivities ahead!

From 8:30AM: Teams will arrive at the venue for registration and set up their team tents. Flags will be flying, chants will be cheered, and the atmosphere will come alive as teams gear up for an unforgettable day of cracking competition.
Please note: Afternoon teams, there’s no need to rush, just make sure you’re registered at least half an hour before your games start!

From 9AM: The first matches will begin – expect an electric kind of energy and great games of rugby! If you’re in the morning slot, you’ll hit the pitches between 9AM and 1:30PM (approx.) . Those of you in the afternoon slot, your time to shine will be from 2PM to 6PM (approx.).

After your matches, take some time to relax at the venue, grab a drink, or head back to your accommodation. Or explore Great Yarmouth – there’s plenty of family-friendly attractions to choose from!

From 8:30AM: Teams arrive at the venue for registration and prepare for another day of thrilling competition!

From 9AM: The games will kick off once again! Same as yesterday – those with morning slots will hit the pitch between 9PM and 1:30PM (approx..), and those with afternoon slots will play between 2PM and 6PM (approx..). It’s crunch time as teams gear up for glory!

Once you have finished all of your games, celebrate together at the awards ceremony, where medals and trophies will be handed out by a special guest. It’s a moment to cheer, snap some celebratory shots, and reflect on action that’s unfolded, all while surrounded by family and friends.

10AM: All good things must come to an end! You’ll check out of your accommodation and head home after an unforgettable weekend.

All tournaments are sanctioned by the RFU and played in line with RFU Age Grade Regulations.

Match durations will be maximised dependent on number of teams per age group, in line with the RFU ‘Daily Playing Time’ regulations above.

We follow the rules and regulations set by the relevant governing bodies, including those for age groups, match duration, and the total match play time each day.

The booking process is simple:

The booking process is simple:

  1. Submit Your Registration Form. Once we receive your completed registration form, we will review your team entry and accommodation requirements.
  2. Your Booking Is Placed on Hold Subject to availability; we will place your team entry and accommodation on a 14‑day tentative hold – No payment required at this stage.
  3. Secure Your Booking. To fully secure your team’s event place and accommodation, a non‑refundable £50.00 per‑person deposit is required within 14 days.
  4. Final Balance Payments are due 12 weeks prior to travel.

We provide qualified referees and umpires for all our Football and Netball events. For Rugby events, referees are provided for most age categories.

Yes! All players will receive a participation medal, and there will be winners and runners-up trophies in all competitive events. Every player’s effort will be recognised.
