Our Great Yarmouth Girls Football Tournament will see teams from across the UK go toe-to-toe in an electric 1-day tournament! Explore new tactics, network with other teams, and reignite your passion for football like never before! Unforgettable people, unforgettable plays – this is the weekend for it!
Whether you’re a parent, coach, or proud parent, you’ll be immersed in an epic atmosphere packed with the thrill of competition, the joy of playing the game, and the pride of representing your team. It doesn’t get better than that!
When you’re not amongst the roar of the crowd, and putting your team’s skills to the test, kick back at Hemsby Beach Holiday Park, your home away from home for the weekend. And be sure to put some time aside to take to the beaches, arcades or any of the brilliant number of attractions in Great Yarmouth.

The Great Yarmouth Girls Football Tournament runs over a weekend in mid-May, and you’ll play up to 7 football matches across Saturday in what promises to be an unforgettable footballing weekender.

| Under 11s to Under 16s | 9-a-side | Up to 120 mins per day |
All tournaments are affiliated by the FA and played in line with FA Rules and Regulations.
Match durations will be maximised dependent on number of teams per age group.
What to Expect
Day 1: Arrival’s day! Get checked in, kick back and enjoy Friday evening at your leisure!
Day 2: It’s tournament day! The tournament presentation will then follow! In the evening, everyone can enjoy a full entertainment programme at Hemsby Beach!
Day 3: After a busy day of football, it’s time to relax and enjoy the facilities onsite at Hemsby Beach, the beach or head into Great Yarmouth! Guests can either then head home, or choose to stay for an extra night.
Day 4: It’s home time (for those who booked an extra night!)

Do you provide referees?
Of course – all our referees are qualified.

What I.D do we have to bring for the players?
We ask that you bring Club/League cards OR a photocopy of a passport for all players involved in the tournament. Age checks may be carried at any point during the tournament.

What footwear should players wear?
Pitches are played on either grass or the 3G all-weather pitch, so it is recommended to bring both studded and plastic/rubber moulded boots.

Can we access the site before check-in?
Of course – guests are welcome on the park before check in.

Is bed linen provided or do we have to bring our own?
Linen is provided but beds will not be made (a nice task for the kids!).

Can we bring dogs?
Whilst dogs are permitted in pet friendly units at Hemsby Beach Holiday Parks, unfortunately no dogs are allowed onsite at the tournament venue.
