I further confirm that where team members are under 18 years of age, I am authorised by their parents or guardians to make this booking. I confirm that I have read and understood the terms and conditions along with the general information and relevant resort information as quoted to me, which I accept on behalf of my club / team members. Where members of our club / team have decided to purchase travel insurance, I will inform Sports Tours the full names and age of each person. I confirm that I have been provided with the opportunity to read the status disclosure documents and the insurance policy terms and conditions.
