Your rugby club or school team will enjoy 1 full rugby festival day, on either the Saturday or Sunday, at Swanage and Wareham RFC. The other full day will be filled with an exciting activity programme at PGL Osmington Bay.

A long weekend means more time to party! Come together and party the night away with an evening of entertainment.
Accommodation
A newly built accommodation block in the centre of PGL Osmington Bay, comfortable rooms of multi-bedded, twin, and single rooms, and all with ensuites and bed linen provided! The multi-bedded rooms all have bunk beds which are perfect for children to share.
Nutritious meals included
All our packages are full board and meals are provided when you’re on-site. We want to ensure everyone is well fed for a full-on weekend, and the centres catering team provide a range of nutritious hot and cold food options in a buffet style. Any dietary requirements? Just let us know at the time of booking and we can do the rest!
Drinks are all included in the package, with water, squash, tea and coffee available with all meals. There are also water fountains on site to make sure everyone keeps hydrated and can fill up their water bottles.
What to Expect
Friday:
It’s time to check in, check out your room, and check out the site! See what’s ahead of the weekend and explore the area. Then it’s an evening meal in the dining room followed by some fun activities!
Saturday & Sunday:
Time for Rugby! Age categories will be allocated for either the Saturday or Sunday ready for you to win the cup!
You will take on PGL’s challenges in an activity programme on your free day! Grow your confidence and have fun!
Anyone staying at PGL will be invited to celebrate a spectacular weekend with a special sporting guest appearance at your awards ceremony. Get your cameras ready! Finish the weekend with live music and party all night long!
Any teams that are offsite will be collecting their medals/trophies once their age groups have finished all the games at the venue.
Monday:
It’s time to say goodbye, your last meal will be breakfast and then it’s home time where you will remember an unforgettable weekend.

What’s included in your package
Accommodation
Accommodation ranges from single, twin and multi bunk-bed rooms which all come with an en-suite and where all bedding is included.
Full board
You’ll be on a full board basis and be catered for from Friday evening all the way until Monday morning at Osmington Bay. All meals are buffet style with vegetarian options available and special dietary requirements catered for. Just give us a 2 week notice and we can arrange this for you.
Looking for a stronger drink? You can pick up an alcoholic drink at the bar afterwards.
En Suite Accommodation
All rooms whether you are in multi bedded, twins or singles have an en-suite and bed linen provided.
Awards ceremony
Finish the weekend with an awards ceremony with all players receiving a medal and the winning team receiving the tournament cup! Get the cameras ready as there will be a special guest appearance!

1 full day of activities

All tournaments are sanctioned by the RFU and played in line with RFU Age Grade Regulations.
Match durations will be maximised dependent on number of teams per age group, in line with the RFU ‘Daily Playing Time’ regulations above.

To avoid kit clashes, we strongly recommend you bring both your home & away kits.

Do we have to drive to the venue?
Yes, we do not have a coach service for the tournament.

At nearby Swanage & Wareham RC in Wareham.

How many games will we play?
Depending on your teams age group, you’ll play up to the maximum number of minutes per day, as stipulated by the RFU.

What catering options are there?
Meals are buffet-style with vegetarian options available and special diets catered for when given 2 weeks prior notice. You’ll eat all meals supplied by the venue in their communal dining room.
